iDoceo Connect is provided by iDoceo Labs Ltd., Office 26, 4 Spring Bridge Road, London W5 2AA, United Kingdom.
Paid orders are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable taxes, billing support and approved refunds for those orders.
Educational use
iDoceo Connect is an educational platform for creating and completing classes, tasks, assessments, exams and rubrics. It must be used only for legitimate teaching, learning and school administration.
Accounts and class PINs
- Authorised staff are responsible for activity performed through their connected sign-in account.
- Class PINs are temporary access credentials. They must be shared only with the intended students and must not be published or used to enter another class.
- You must not attempt to access an account, class, task or submission without permission.
Schools and teachers
Schools and teachers are responsible for configuring appropriate access, giving students clear instructions, and ensuring that their use of iDoceo Connect complies with applicable school, district and local requirements—including any required parental consent.
Student submissions
When a student selects the final delivery action for an assessment, exam, rubric or task, the submitted content is stored and made available to the teacher who requested it. Work that has not yet been delivered may be kept temporarily so progress is not lost.
Students must submit only content they are permitted to share and must not upload harmful, unlawful or abusive material.
Responsible behaviour
You may not disrupt the platform, bypass its security, impersonate another person, misuse another person’s work, or use iDoceo Connect in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Availability and changes
We work to keep iDoceo Connect reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date shown on this page.
Subscriptions and cancellation
A paid subscription renews for the billing period shown at checkout until it is cancelled. You may cancel through the Paddle customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in the iDoceo Connect refund policy and is always subject to mandatory consumer rights and Paddle’s buyer terms.
